يا صاحب السمو

نحي شخص سموكم سليل سيد العرب ورمز الوطن والوطنية وحامل لواء النهضة العربية المباركة ونشكر لسموكم جميل تهانيكم بمناسبة تأليف أول مجلس تشريعي لبلاد الإمارة الجليلة ونسأله تعالى ان يوفقنا لخدمة البلاد مستندين الى الثقة المتبادلة بين العرش والأمة.

وان مجلسنا التشريعي ليعترف بما لسموكم من فضل عظيم في لم شعث الادارة وتوحيد الحكومات المتفرقة وبما بذلتم من جهود واعددتم من وسائل حكيمة فعالة للنهوض بشعبكم المخلص والسير به في مضمار الرقي والحضارة.

كما انه يؤكد لسموكم بأنه سينظر بعناية دقيقة في الشؤون المهمة التى نوه عنها خطاب العرش السامي. وانه ليتمنى ان تصل الأمة الى ما تتوق اليه من الحياة النيابية في دورتها المقبلة. متخذين هذا أحسن وسيلة للأعراب عن إخلاص الأمة الأكيد المتمثل في هذا المجلس للسدة السنية.

واننا نضرع اليه تعالى أن يأخذ بيدنا الى ما فيه الخير والنجاح في ظل سمو أميرنا المفدى.
